摘　　要：目的了解佛山城区高中生性相关行为的现状和变化趋势,为制订有针对性的干预措施,实施健康教育、健康促进提供科学依据。方法在2004年和2007年对佛山市城区4所高中1 292名和1 134名学生进行匿名自填问卷调查。结果2007年职业高中生曾经观看色情书籍与音像制品达19.3%,高于2004年6.6个百分点;与2004年相比,高中生有特殊异性朋友、曾发生性行为、被迫性行为的报告率均明显升高;而艾滋病知晓率、艾滋病病原体知晓率与2004年比较有上升趋势,但对艾滋病患者持正确态度的报告率则有所下降。结论城区高中生性健康危险行为状况不容乐观,应加强学校、家庭、社区三联屏障,有针对性地开展相关干预工作。Objective To ascertain the status of sexual related behavior among senior middle school students in Foshan urban area and explore the trends,so as to provide the evidence for making intervention measures and the guidance of improving health education.Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 292 students in 2004,and among 1134 students in 2007,who were selected from 4 senior middle schools in Foshan urban area.Results In vocational senior middle schools,19.3% of students read pornographic books and films in 2007, which increased by 6.6% compared with the data collected in 2004. The rates of premature love, hading sexual behavior and hading unintended sexual behavior all increased. The cognition rates for AIDS and HIV were on the increase, but the rate of being right attitude to AIDS declined. Conclusions The condition of sexual risk behavior among urban adolescents is not optimistic. We should pay more attention to combine school, family and community and draw up intervention measures in accordance with different ages, genders and types of schools.
