摘　　要：利用大麦第５染色体组上１９个ＳＴＳ－ＰＣＲ引物对中国春小麦（ＣＳ）及其突变体ｐｈ１ｂ基因组总ＤＮＡ进行ＰＣＲ扩增，结果发现有一对引物能有效地鉴定Ｐｈ１基因的缺失片段，其扩增特异片段大小约９２０ｂｐ，经中国春第５组同源群缺体－四体及５ＢＬ染色体双端体证明，该特异片段位于５Ｂ染色体长臂上。利用这个特异引物可以有效、方便、快速地鉴定ＣＳ×ｐｈ１ｂ组合的Ｆ２群体及ＢＣ１（Ｆ１×ｐｈ１ｂ）群体中的ｐｈ１ｂｐｈ１ｂ基因型，并从分子水平上初步证明ｐｈ１ｂ基因可能呈简单的孟德尔式遗传。The PCR analysis was conducted to genomic DNAs of Chinese Spring(CS)wheat and its ph1b mutant using 19 STS PCR primers from RFLP probes mapped on barley chromosome 5H.The results indicated that one pair of primer could efficiently identify the deletion fragment in Ph1 gene region.The specific amplified fragment was about 920bp,located on the 5BL chromosome confirmed by the nulli tetra(NT)lines of chromosome group 5 and 5BL ditelosome of CS. The ph1bph1b genotypes of F 2 and BC 1 (F 1×ph1b) populations from CS × ph1b mutant were scored accurately and availablely by this pair of primer. The ph1b gene could inherit in Mendelian pattern.
