摘  要:目的对龙眼核的化学成分进行分离并对其结构进行分析。方法通过溶剂提取、硅胶柱层析和重结晶等方法,分离提取龙眼核中的化学成分,根据波谱学技术(IR、1H-NMR、13C-NMR和MS)和化合物的理化性质进行结构鉴定。结果共纯化得到6个化合物。鉴定了其中的4个化合物,分别为:二十五烷(pentacosane,Ⅰ)、豆甾醇(stigmaster-ol,Ⅱ)、双(5-甲酰基糠基)醚[bis(5-formylfurfuryl)ether,Ⅲ]、没食子酸乙酯(ethyl gallate,Ⅳ)。结论二十五烷(pen-tacosane)、豆甾醇(stigmasterol)、双(5-甲酰基糠基)醚[bis(5-formylfurfuryl)ether]、没食子酸乙酯(ethyl gallate)均为首次从龙眼核中分离得到。Objective To isolate individual chemical constituents on Longan seeds and investigate their chemical structures.Methods The compounds from Longan seeds were extracted by different organic solvent systems,and isolated and purified by techniques of column chromatography and recrystallization.Their structures were elucidated by using IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR and MS,and according to the physical and chemical properties.Results Six chemical constituents were obtained,and four of them were obtained for the first time from the Longan seeds and identified respectively as pentacosane,stigmasterol,bis(5-formylfurfuryl)ether,and ethyl gallate.Conclusion These four compounds were isolated and identified firstly in the Longan seeds.
