摘　　要：文中基于我国集装箱运输的快速发展,以及各集装箱港口企业对集装箱码头操作专业人才需求特点,结合当前高职高专教学及课程改革中的"工学结合"理念,提出了基于工作过程为导向的集装箱码头操作课程开发与教学设计的方法,从而为培养学生胜任集装箱码头各工作岗位的能力,尤其是具体操作能力奠定了教学基础,并为如何进行基于工作过程的课程设计提供了理论支持。The paper introduces the method of the curriculum designed about Container Terminal operation Based on the process of job-oriented with the rapid development of container transport, as well as the container port demand to the human resource, establishes the foundation so as to cultivate students competent capacity of the various jobs of the container port especially in the capacity of the concrete operation capacity, provides the support of the theory how to exploit the curriculum base on the process of job-based.
