高压氧综合治疗无先兆的偏头痛临床疗效观察及机理探讨

摘　　要：目的观察无先兆的偏头痛行高压氧治疗的临床效果并探讨治疗机理。方法无先兆的偏头痛80例,完全采用随机设计法分为常规组40例和高压氧组40例。常规组给予氟桂利嗪5mg,1次/d,高压氧组在常规治疗基础上,加用高压氧治疗。两组均治疗4周。结果治愈率和总有效率高压氧组(65.0%和97.5%)均显著高于常规组(40.0%和82.5%),差异有统计学显著意义(P均<0.05);6个月后随访,复发率高压氧组(50.0%)显著低于常规组(75.0%),差异有统计学显著意义(P<0.05)。结论高压氧综合治疗无先兆的偏头痛有较高的临床价值,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the curative effect and mechanism of hyperbaric oxygen （HBO） in the treatment of migraine without aura. Methods Eighty patients with migraine without aura were randomly divided into routine group and HBO group. The routine group received flunarizine（5 mg,q. d. PO）. The HBO group, besides the above mentioned treatment, was given HBO treatment The treatment course was 4 weeks. Results The overall respone rate in HBO group was significantly higher than that in routine group（97. 5% vs 82. 5% ,P 〈0. 05）. All patients were revisited after 6 months. The recurrence rate of routine group was 75%, and that of HBO group was 50%. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion HBO comprehensive therepy is of higher clinical value for treating migraine without aura.
