摘 要:无锡水蜜桃品种群体是典型的南方桃优势群体,为研究比较该群体的遗传多样性,以41个无锡水蜜桃品种和91个其他桃品种为试材,利用25对位于不同连锁群上的SSR引物评价群体特征,并分析了群体内外的亲缘关系。群体遗传多样性比较结果表明:无锡水蜜桃具有较高的多态性位点百分率(71.74%),仅次于华北品种群(74.64%);该品种群体具有中等程度的遗传多样性,Nei′s遗传多样性指数(He)和Shannon信息指数(H0)分别为0.2068和0.3165,两个指数值均不及华北、西南、华南以及西方国家群体。群体内聚类结果表明:无锡水蜜桃群体内并不存在明显的遗传分化,但在相似系数为0.83时,无锡水蜜桃的主栽品种聚于同一组。群体间聚类结果表明:无锡水蜜桃与上海水蜜桃群体间亲缘关系最近,相似系数为0.994,其次是日本桃群体(0.985)和浙江桃群体(0.971),这4个类群在聚类图中较早的聚为一类,这与无锡水蜜桃的地理起源和演化相符。In order to appraise genetic diversity of Wuxi juicy peach as well as genetic relationship within the population and among other peach populations, 41 varieties of Wuxi juicy peach and 91 peaches from other populations were screened by 25 SSR primers distributed on eight linkage groups. The results of population genetic diver- sity were as follows : Among the tested 11 populations, Wuxi juicy peach has higher a percentage of polymorphic loci of 71.74% , which was only lower than that of north China population (76.64%). Moderate genetic diversity was found in the population when appraised by Nei's gene diversity and Shannon's Information index with the value of 0. 2068 and 0. 3165, respectively. Higher genetic diversities than Wuxi Juicy peach population were populations from north China, southwest China, South China and occidental countries. According to the results of cluster, no obvious groups were formed in the dendrogram within Wuxi juicy peach population, but main production varieties were clustered into one group when the similarity coefficient was 0. 83. Population of Shanghai was found to be the most similar one among the 11 to Wuxi juicy peaches with a similarity coefficient of 0. 994, and the next closer two populations were Japanese peach and Zhejiang peach, with similarity coefficient of 0. 985 and 0. 971, respectively. The four populations were clustered into one group earlier in dendrogram, which was coincident with the geographical origin and evolution of Wuxi juicy peach population.
