城市社区残疾人体育活动的现状与对策——以湖北省为例

摘　　要：运用调查法、数理统计和比较分析等方法,对湖北省城市社区残疾人参与体育活动的态度、目的、场所、方式、影响因素等方面进行调查与分析。研究表明:湖北省许多条件尚不能满足社区残疾人体育活动的需要,不同类型、性别、年龄、学历的残疾人体育活动状况均有一定的差异。政府有关部门及社团组织需要进一步协调对残疾人参加体育活动的组织与管理,提高其社会化水平和总体效益。With investigation,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,the author studied the attitudes,purposes,places,manners of the disabled and relative influential factors in the sports participation in the rural communities in Hubei Province.The study showed that the exercising conditions and the facilities in many places in Hubei Province could not meet the needs of the disabled,who were different in gender,age and education status.It could urgent that governments at all levels,the relevant departments and organizations should involve in the rganization and management of sports activities for the disabled so that its social level and the overall effectiveness could be promoted.
