摘　　要：本文分析了杭州茶文化的历史渊源和茶产业基础,认为杭州是我国茶学学科体系的重要发祥地、中国茶文化对外传播的重要窗口、现代高层次茶学人才培养中心、现代茶叶科学研究和茶文化活动最活跃的城市,同时在国际绿茶贸易中处于龙头地位。通过名茶、名泉、名具和名景的完善,茶文化历史遗存的进一步挖掘以及茶文化的社会和经济功能的进一步发挥,建设"杭为茶都"优势明显。Based on the survey on the history and the current situations of tea science and culture in Hangzhou, it is found that Hangzhou was the birthplace of tea science system, the promulgating window of tea culture, the most active city in the fields of tea education, tea science research and tea culture exchanges. Hangzhou is also a flagship city of green tea export. Through further integrity in famous tea, famous spring, famous tea set and famous sceneries related to tea and further mining the relics related to tea and the social and economical functions of tea, Hangzhou has great potential to be built as a capital of tea.
