蒙脱石散治疗口腔溃疡临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察蒙脱石散治疗口腔溃疡的有效性与安全性。方法采用开放随机对照试验方法，以仅给常规疗法治疗作为对照组，比较研究蒙脱石散加常规疗法治疗15腔溃疡的临床疗效和安全性。结果蒙脱石散加常规疗法组的痊愈率和总有效率分别为75．5％-90．6％。而仅给常规疗法治疗组的痊愈率和总有效率分别为36．0％和68．0％。两组比较，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论蒙脱石散治疗口腔溃疡，方便、安全、有效。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of moutmorillonite powder in the treatment of oral cavity ulcer.Method： A randomized controlled open trial was carried out.Give routine treatment only as a controlled group was compared with the clinical effect and safety with montmorillonite powder as a test group.Results In montmorillonite group,the clinical effective rate was 90.6%; the fully recovered rate was 75.5%.While those of given routine treatment in the group only were 68.0% ,36.0% respectively.Conclusions MontmoriUonite powder is a kind of effective and safe drug in the treatment of the oral cavity ulcer.
