摘 要:采用传统工艺制备了无铅压电陶瓷(Na_(0.5)K_(0.45)Li_(0.05))Sb_xNb_(1-x)O_3,研究了Sb掺杂对其压电、铁电、介电等性质的影响.实验结果表明,样品的居里点(T_C)、正交-四方相变温度(T_(T-O))均随Sb含量的增加而降低,掺杂7 mol%Sb时,样品的居里点从454℃降至345℃,T_(T-O)从100℃降至室温以下.Sb^(5+)的引入限制了晶粒的生长,但提高了样品的致密度,从而提高了样品的压电、铁电性能.组分为(Na_(0.5) K_(0.45)Li_(0.05))Sb_(0.05)Nb_(0.95)O_3的样品具有较为优异的性能:d_(33)=241 pC/N,Q_m=50,k_p=38.3%,d_(31)=-83 pC/N,g_(31)1=-0.08 Vm/N,P_r=17μC/cm^2,同时,该组分样品表现最"软",具有相对最高的弹性柔顺常数S_(11)~E=14.2.(Na0.5 K0.45 Li0.05) SbxNb1-xO3 ceramics were prepared by conventional oxide solid-solution technique and the effect of Sb on the piezoelectric, ferroelectric and dielectric properties were investigated. The results show that Both Curie temperature (To) and orthorhombic-tetragonal phase transition temperature (TT-o) decreased with increasing Sb content. For the composition with 7mol% Sb, TC and TT-o decreased from 454 oC and 100℃ to 345 oC and below room temperature,respectively. The addition of Sb inhibited the grain growth whereas,improved the ceramic density and piezoelectric, ferroelectric properties. The relative "soft" sample of (Na0. 5 K0. 45 Li0. 05 ) Sb0.05 Nb0.95O3 shows high performance of d33 =241 pC/N,Qm=50,kp =38.3% ,d31 =-83 pC/N,g31 =-0.08Vm/N,Pr=17μC/cm2 and SE11 =14.2.
