摘　　要：血小板因子4是由活化的血小板α颗粒分泌的趋化因子,属于CXC4家族,具有抗肿瘤血管生成的活性,属于内源性的血管生成抑制因子。其可以通过多种机制抑制肿瘤的血管生成,如抑制血管内皮细胞生长因子、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子介导的血管内皮的增殖;削弱p21的下调,抑制内皮细胞分裂、增殖;抑制基质金属蛋白酶的表达,防止新生血管向周围组织的蔓延等,从而有效抑制肿瘤的新生血管形成。Platelet factor-4 is a chemokine released by the activated platelet in the plasma,which is indexed in the CXC4 super family. It has anti-angiogenesis activity, is the antiangiogenesis in vivo. Through a variety of mechanisms, platelet factor-4 can inhibit tumor angiogenesis, such as inhibiting VEGF, bFGF-mediated proliferation of vascular endothelial, weaken the downward of p21 ,inhibited endothelial cell division and proliferation; inhibiting the expression of matrix metalloproteinases, to prevent neovascularization spread around the organization so as to effectively inhibit tumor angiogenesis.
