摘　　要：目的探讨E—cadherin和MMP-7在食管癌组织中的表达及与相关病理指标的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学sP法，应用HPLAS-1000型彩色图像分析系统，检测62例患者的食管癌组织、癌旁组织及正常食管组织中的E—cadherin和MMP-7的表达情况。结果E—cad．herin在食管癌组织中表达下降，MMP-7在食管癌组织中表达上升。E—cadherin的低表达和MMP-7的高表达与食管癌的TNM分期、分化程度和淋巴结转移均呈正相关。结论E—cadherin在食管癌组织中的低表达和／或MMP-7在食管癌组织中的高表达可能与食管癌发生发展有关。Objective To investigate the expression of E - cadherin and MMP - 7 in esophageal carcinoma. Methods The expression of E - cadherin and MMP - 7 was detected by using immunohistochemistry in 62 cases of esophageal carcinoma, the normal tissues adjacent to the carcinoma and the normal esophageal tissues. Results The expression of E - cadherin in the esophageal carcinoma was downregulated, and that of MMP -7 was upregutated. Low expression of E - cadherin and high expression of MMP -7 had a significantly positive correlation with the TNM stages, degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis of carcinoma. Conclusion Low expression of E - cadherin and （or） high expression of MMP -7 may play important roles in carcinogenesis and progress of esophageal carcinoma.
