摘　　要：目的探讨信号转导及转录激活因子3（STAT3）在骨肉瘤中的表达及其意义。方法采用RT—PCR法检测骨肉瘤、骨软骨瘤及正常骨组织标本中的STAT3基因的表达水平。结果骨肉瘤中的STAT3基因表达水平明显高于骨软骨瘤及正常骨组织中的表达水平（均P〈0．05）。结论STAT3基因持续激活高表达在骨肉瘤的发生、发展中可能起重要作用；此将为骨肉瘤的基因治疗提供新的思路。Objective To study the expression of STAT3 in human osteosarcoma and its significance. Methods The expression levels of STAT3 mRNA in human osteosarcoma, chondroma and normal bone tissue were examined by using RT - PCR. Results The expression level of STAT3 mRNA in osteosarcoma was higher than that in chondroma and normal bone tissues（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The high expression of STAT3 plays a most important role in the genesis and development of osteosarcoma, which may provide a new way for the gene therapy of osteosarcoma.
