摘 要:采用大盆试验研究了钾素营养对莲藕生长和干物质累积的影响,结果表明,钾素营养明显增加莲藕立叶数量和立叶面积、提高立叶相对叶绿素值和组织器官含水量、延缓叶片衰老、增强立叶抗逆性,从而促进莲藕生育前期光合产物的累积和健康生长;钾素营养还适当延长莲藕成熟期,促进干物质从叶片转移并贮存到产品中,使莲藕增产20.4%。Effect of potassium nutrition on the growth and dry matter accumulation of lotus ( Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn) was studied by pot experiment. Results showed that, potassium nutrition obviously increased the number, total area and relative chlorophyll content of standing-leaf, water content of the tissues and the organs, slower leaf senescence, enhanced resistance of standing-leaf, and hence improved the photosynthesis of leaves and the accumulation of dry matter as well as healthy growth of lotus. Potassium nutrition also appropriately prolonged the ripening period of lotus and therefore improved the transportation and storage of dry matter from leaves to the product, and finally increased lotus yield by 20. 4%.
