摘　　要：本文从医院管理学的角度重温儒家经典，不仅阐述了儒家在中医院服务文化、管理文化、制度文化等方面的重要意义，还论述了构建这些文化具体的方法与途径。This text reviews ＂the Confucian classics＂ from the perspective of the Hospital Management. Have expounded not only the Confucian play an important significance in Chinese medicine hospital culture such as service culture, management culture, systems and culture, but also discussed building a cniture of the specific ways and means.
