摘　　要：目的评价CIK细胞联合胸腺肽α-1(日达仙)在消化系肿瘤治疗中的有效性及安全性。方法 65例消化系肿瘤患者均给予自体CIK细胞及日达仙治疗,观察治疗前后肿瘤标志物、CD分子及患者症状体征变化。结果治疗后患者肿瘤标志物降低,CD分子升高,除8例死亡外,其余患者症状明显改善。结论自体CIK细胞联合日达仙治疗消化系肿瘤安全有效。Objective To evaluate the availability and safety about the therapy using CIK cells with Zadaxin（α- 1 ） to treat digestive carcinoma. Methods 65 patients with digestive carcinoma were given CIK cells with Zadaxin（α-1 ）, observing the change about the tumor marker,CD（ cluster of differentiation） and symptom. Results The therapy could bring down the tumor marker, raise CD, ameliorate symptom（except 8 patients died）. Conclusion The therapy autonomous CIK cells with α- 1 to cure digestive carcinoma is available and safe.
