摘 要:运用RIA、ELISA、流式细胞仪等方法.观察参麦注射液对消化系统晚期恶性肿瘤及健康人外周血淋巴细胞产生白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)和白细胞介素-2膜受体(mIL-2R)的影响。结果显示肿瘤患者IL-2、IFN-γ、mIL-2R水平较正常人低(P<0.01):参麦注射液可提高IL-2、IFN-γ、mIL-2R水平(P<0.01),但仍不及正常人。提示参麦注射液调节肿瘤患者低下的免疫状态,可能是其治疗机制之一,同时也表明参麦注射液可能是一种有前途的生物应答调整剂。Effects of shenmai injection on levels of IL-2, IFN-γ, mIL-2R from peripheral blood lymphocytes of healthy persons and patients with cancer of digestive system were investigated by using RIA,ELISA, flow cytometer and cellular cultureing. The results showed the levels of IL-2, IFN-γand mIL-2R in carcinoma group was lower than those in control group and shehmai injection was capable of improving promotion of IL-2, mIL-2R, IFN-γ. These suggested shenmai injection could regulate the disturbance of immune system,which might be one of its mechanisms of treating carcinoma.These also indicated shenmai injection could be one of the prospective agents for biological responsemodifying.
