摘 要:在多人轮流出价的条件下,改进了具有破裂风险的"讨价还价"模型,基于目前高速公路建设资金不足,提出了对先投资高速公路建设的单位予以鼓励的方法,通过时间序列来确定贴现因子。研究了高速公路联网收费的分配方式,结果显示,该分配方式比较合理,对于高速公路联网收费的合理分配具有重要的指导意义。Under the multi-people alternating offer condition,the "bargaining" model with risk of breakdown was improved.In order to encourage the social capital to invest the highway,in view of the shortage in the construction fund of highway presently,the mode of highway network charge distribution was explored by determining the discounting factor via time series.This is for the sake of encouraging the social capital to invest the highway and to give priority to those companies that first invest the highway.The results show that the distribution mode of highway network charge is reasonable, which is of some significance for guiding the distribution of highway network charge.
