摘 要:针对由多个供应商、集配中心和制造商组成的3级供应链的补货策略问题,基于供应链协同运作思想,将多个供应商按照一定规则分组,建立了循环取货方式下关于集配中心补货的成本优化模型。通过模型求解,得到了各组供应商在实施循环取货策略下对集配中心的最优补货次数。算例分析表明,在集配中心运作模式下,采用循环取货方式,能有效地减少运输费用并降低供应链总成本。Replenishment policy of a three-level supply chain consists of multi-suppliers,a supply-hub and a manufacturer.Based on collaboration of supply chain,the multi-suppliers were divided into several groups in term of some certain rules.A cost optimization model for adopting milk-run for the supply-hub was established.By solving the model,an optimized replenishment policy to the supply-hub for each group of suppliers was obtained.The numerical study shows that under supply-hub-based operation mode,ways of milk-run could effectively decrease transportation cost and reduce the whole cost of supply chain.
