超敏C反应蛋白与2型糖尿病的相关性探讨

摘  要:目的探讨血清高敏C反应蛋白(hsC-RP)在2型糖尿病(T2DM)发病中的作用。方法利用ELISA方法检测72例T2DM患者非糖尿病一级亲属(FDR)和68例健康对照者(NC)血清hsC-RP、空腹胰岛素(Fins)、空腹血糖(FPG)等。结果FDR组血清hsC-RP水平较NC组升高(P<0.01);血清hsC-RP水平与FIns(=0.286,P<0.05)、BM(I=0.250,P<0.05)、LDL-C(=0.302,P<0.05)、TC(=0.267,P<0.05)相关。结论hsC-RP升高是2型糖尿病发生的一个预测因子。Objective To explore the possible pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes. Methods Serum samples were collected from 72 first-degree relatives of type 2 diabetic subjects and 68 normal subjects. Results Circulation levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) were significantly higher in first-degree relatives than controls (P〈0.01). Circulation levels of hsCRP was correlated to fasting insulin (Fins) ( -0.286,P〈0.05), body mass index (BMI) ( -0.250,P〈0.05), 10w-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) ( -0.302, P〈0.05) and total cholesteroI (TC) ( -0.267, P〈0.05). Conclusions The data support the hypothesis that hsCRP is A strong predictor for the development of type 2 diabetes.
