摘  要:目的建立有机试剂作为基体改进剂测定血中镉的石墨炉原子吸收法。方法利用Triton X-100表面活性剂的性质,将血液进行稀释制成悬浮液直接进样,直接测定血液中镉的含量。结果方法的检出限为0.01μg/L,回收率为96.0%~101.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于6.0%。结论该法样品溶液易于灰化,原子化信号得以改善,基体干扰明显减少,简便易行,适用于大批血样中镉的测定。Objective To develop a method for determination of cadmium in blood with GFAAS. Methods Blood r sample was diluted into suspension by Triton X- 100 solution and then determined by GFAAS. Results The detection limit was 0.01 μg/L, the recovery rate was from 96.0 % to 101.5 %, and the RSD was less than 6.0 %. Conclusions The results show that the samples are easy to incinerate, the atomization signal is improved, and the background is reduced significantly. This method is characterized by convenient procedure, good sensitivity and satisfactory accuracy, which can be used to determine cadmium in blood.
