激光角膜热成形术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨Ho：YAG激光角膜热成形术（LTK）治疗远视的临床效果。方法对12例14只轻、中度远视眼行LTK术，术前屈光度为＋0．50～＋5．00D，能量密度44J／cm2，平均随访7．6±1．2月。结果LTK术对轻度远视（≤＋3．00D）有效，对ECCE术后远视（≤＋3．00D）有效，但术后均有不同程度的屈光回退。结论LTK术具有方法简单、迅速、见效快以及无短期并发症等优点，不失为有前途的手术治疗。We want to discuss the clinical effect of Ho: YAG laser thermokeratoplasty for hyperopia.Method LTK was used in 14 eyes for 12 patients to treat low to mild hyperopia (+ 0. 50~ + 5. 00D before operation). The fluence was 44 J/cm2. Average follow up period was 7. 6±1. 2 months. Results LTK is effective to treat simple low hyperopia (≤+3. 0D ), low hyperopia (≤+3.0D) after ECCE. But there is regression in varying degrees after opertion. Conclusions LTK seems to be a simple, fast,effective procedure with the merit of no short term complication. It seems to be a promising procedure.
