摘　　要：目的改变目前临床医疗信息管理发展滞后的局面．为眼科临床医疗和科研服务。方法采用中文FoxPro2．5bforWindows／DOS先进软件为主要开发工具，依据眼科专科特色和遵循临床工作习惯，建立临床病历资料数据库，分模块设计系统软件并调试运行。结果该系统能管理临床眼科病历的全部资料信息，涵概了眼科各类临床病种，面向医院网络化信息共享，超越了以往同类系统局限于首页管理、局限于个别病种、局限于单机的局面。结论该系统填补了现有医院信息系统的不足，具先进性的同时又兼顾医院信息管理的现状，达到最优性能／价格比，具有推广价值和广阔前景。To improve information management of medical records in ophthalmology. Methods A database of medical records in ophthalmology was established by using FoxPro 2. 5b for Windows/DOS,Chinese Version. Functions of the main program and subprogram of the medical records management system were tested. Results The system can he used to manage the full information of medical records in ophthalmology,included various clinical type of eye disease and provided data-sharing on network for different departments, having an obvious advantage over the current first -page medical records management system on separated computers. Conciusion The system filled the gap of the lack of an efficient hospltal information system and had good economic and socical prospect.
