紫外线照射充氧自血回输配合药物治疗视网膜血管阻塞20例

摘　　要：目的观察紫外线照射充氧自血回输疗法（ＵＢＩＯ）对视网膜动脉、静脉阻塞的临床疗效，并初步探讨其治疗机理。方法采用ＵＢＩＯ配合药物治疗视网膜动脉、静脉阻塞２０例２２只眼，治疗前后测视力，检查眼底和血液生化常规及出凝血时间。结果ＵＢＩＯ能明显改善因缺血所致的眼底病变，病程愈短，疗效愈显著。结论ＵＢＩＯ对视网膜动脉、静脉阻塞有肯定疗效，其作用机制可能与提高血氧浓度，改善视网膜、脉络膜血流灌注，改善微循环有关，确切机理有待进一步研究。Objective Effective observation of obstruction of the retina vessel treated by ultraviolet blood irradiation and oxygenation (UBIO) combined with drug. Methods 20 cases,22 eyes with obstruction of the retina vessels,are treated by UBIO.vision eyeground,and CT、BT are tested at pre- and post- tretment. Results and conclusion The result shows that UBIO conbined with drug has delifinite effect for eyeground lesion resulting from eyeground is chemia,and that the shorter the course of diease,the better effect.
