关于高校辅导员职业化问题的思考

摘　　要：高校辅导员的职业化是高校辅导员队伍建设的必然趋势。它蕴含着辅导员工作的专业化、终身化、社会化。对照我国高校的现实状况,实现辅导员的职业化还有相当的差距,主要体现在高校学生工作职责模糊,辅导员队伍结构不够合理,辅导员职业认同感较低等。因此,应明晰辅导员工作职责,优化绩效考核体系,建立恰当的激励机制。The instructors in colleges will be professional is the developing trend,which contains the features of professional,life-long and social.However,compare with the reality,there is still long distance to cover.The causes include that the duty is not clear,the structure is not rational,and the status of instructors are not strong.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the duties of the instructors,set and perfect the assessment and stimulating mechanism.
