摘 要:目的分析比较药对麻黄-干姜与其单味药的挥发油成分。方法用气相色谱-质谱法分离检测麻黄和干姜药对与其单味药的挥发油成分,并采用交换移动窗口因子分析法(AMWFA)对其共有组分进行分析。结果麻黄,干姜和麻黄-干姜药对的挥发油分别有43,59和67个成分,分别占总含量的77.85,%66.51%和87.54%。结论药对与麻黄、干姜的共有组分别为36和15个,三者共有的组分为7个,挥发油组分主要来自干姜。Objective To analyze the volatile constituents in herbal pair (HP) Ephedra sinica Stapf-Zingiber officinal Rosc(ESS-ZOR) and its single herb. Methods Analysis of common volatile constituents in herbal pair and its single herb was performed by the method of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) and alternative moving window factor analysis (AMWFA). the application of retention index has greatly improved the accuracy of qualitative analysis. Results In total,59, 43,and 67 volatile oil ofESS, ZOR and HP ESS-ZOR were separately determined qualitatively and accounting for 77.85% quantitatively, 66.51% and 87.54% total contents of volatile oil of and HP, respectively. Conclusion It indicates that there are 15 common volatile constituents in HP and single herb ESS, and 36 common volatile constituents in HP and single herb ZOR and 7 common volatile constituents among these three systems by the method of AMWFA. Volatile chemical components in HP are mainly from single herb ZOR.
