摘　　要：根据项目反应理论(IRT),分析源自远程教育资源库的三种网络教学模式的合理性,得到在Web环境下开展网络教学的参数模型。这三种模式分别基于计算机辅助教学、课件制作和专题学习网站。从其资源共享、师生互动和网络环境的适应性等方面进行比较分析,力求探索出一种更加完善的网络教学管理模式。Based on Item Response Theory（IRT）,this paper analyses the rationality of three e-learning models derived from the resources library for distance learning and creates parameter models of e-learning working with the Web.The three models are established on computer assistant teaching,courseware-building and subject-learning websites respectively.By comparing and analyzing the learning resources sharing,mutual communication between teachers and learners and adaptation to web conditions,the author tries to set up a better model for e-learning management.
