愈疡液对实验性大鼠溃疡性结肠炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的研究局部应用愈疡液对溃疡性结肠炎的治疗作用。方法给ＳＤ大鼠经肛门注入８％乙酸，使之形成溃疡性结肠炎。大鼠随机分成４组，每组２０只。分别予常量愈疡液、高剂量愈疡液、水杨酸偶氮磺胺吡啶（ＳＡＳＰ）、生理盐水（ＮＳ）治疗，观察疗效。同时设正常对照组２０只，观察愈疡液对肝功能有无影响。结果经常量愈疡液治疗的模型动物，病情明显改善，疗效较应用ＳＡＳＰ及高剂量愈疡液治疗组疗效更佳，且愈疡液局部应用对肝功能无明显影响。结论常量愈疡液灌肠对实验性溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著，且对肝功能无明显影响。Objective To research the therapeutic effect of Yuyang liquid on the chronic ulcerative colitis(UC) model of rats. Methods Eight per cent acetic acid was infused into the UC model of rats through anus.All the rats were divided into 4 groups randomly: normal dose group,booster dose group,salicylazosulfapryridine(SASP) group (control group),NS group (placebo control group). All the rats received enema daily for 20 days. Histological scoring was carried out for assessment of the therapeutic effect of Yuyang liquid. Liver function was assessed in all rats. Results The effect of normal dose group was better than that of SASP group ( P <0.01), and there was no statistic difference between booster dose group and SASP group ( P >0.05).Conclusion Yuyang Liquid has a curative effect on UC treatment.
