摘　　要：亲环素A(cyclophilinA,CyPA)是一种胞质蛋白,属于亲免素家族(Cyclophilins)成员。它广泛存在并且大量表达于各种组织中,高度保守,具有肽脯氨酰顺反异构酶活性,能够参与多种信号转导途径。亲环素A具有很多生物学功能,包括血管疾病和免疫调节、肿瘤发生等。本文就CyclophilinA蛋白在心脑血管疾病中的研究进展进行综述。Cyclophilin A （CyPA） is a cytoplasmic protein which belongs to cyclophilins. Cyclophilins are found in all cells of all organisms studied and highly conserved, which possess peptidel prolyl cistrans omersae activity and is involved in a variety of signal transduction pathway. Cyclophilin A involves many biological functions including vascular disease and immune modulation, tumorigenesis. The main purpose of this chapter is to review the progress of Cycplophilin A in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.
