摘  要:建立了一种可同时测定多种浓缩果汁中噻菌灵(TBZ)和多菌灵(MBC)残留量的固相萃取-高效液相色谱分析法(SPE-HPLC).浓缩果汁样品与水按一定比例稀释后,经调整pH值(10.0),离心,过滤后,用混合相固相萃取小柱进行提取、净化,最后用配有二级管阵列检测器(DAD)的液相色谱仪检测,外标法定量.加入回收率实验结果证明,该方法对噻菌灵和多菌灵的检出限均为0.01 mg·L^-1,回收率分别为75.7%~102.1%和80.2%~105.5%,测定的相对标准偏差均≤6.0%.A solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatographic (SPE-HPLC) method was developed for the simultaneous analysis of thiabendazole (TBZ) and carbendazim (MBC) in six concentrated fruit juices. After being diluted with water, centrifuged and filtered, the extracts were adjusted to pH 10.0, and then cleaned up on a Mixed mode SPE cartridge. Chromatographic separation was performed on a C18 column, and determined by diode array detector (DAD). In this method, the detection limits of TBZ and MBC were 0.01 mg·L^-1 and recoveries were 75.7%-102. 1% and 80.2%-105.5% in different fruit juice matrices, respectively. The relative standard deviations of each fungicide were generally lower than 6%.
