卵巢上皮性肿瘤中PCNA和P53蛋白表达的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的：研究卵巢上皮性肿瘤中ＰＣＮＡ和Ｐ５３蛋白表达的相关性。方法：应用免疫组化ＡＢＣ法检测了１０份正常卵巢，２１份卵巢腺瘤，１０份卵巢交界瘤，４０份卵巢癌的系列组织中ＰＣＮＡ及Ｐ５３蛋白的表达。所得结果除计算阳性率外，并用标记指数表示。结果：Ｐ５３蛋白表达阳性或阴性两组间的ＰＣＮＡ标记指数差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．１０），Ｐ５３标记指数与ＰＣＮＡ标记指数呈直线正相关（ｒ＝０．６８２２，Ｐ＜０．００１～０．００２）。结论：Ｐ５３蛋白表达与否与细胞增殖活性间的关系不明显，对细胞增殖周期的调控还存在非Ｐ５３依赖型途径，但Ｐ５３标记指数与ＰＣＮＡ标记指数间呈显著正相关。Objective:To study on the correlation between proliferating cell nucleus antigen(PCNA)and P53 protein expressions in ovarian epithelial tumors.Methods:The expressions of PCNA and P53 protein were stained by immunohistochemical avidin biotin complex assay.in 10 samples of normal ovary,21 samples of ovarian adenoma,10 samples of ovarian borderline tumors and 40 samples of ovarian epithelial carcinomas(OEC).These results were calculated for positive expression rates,in addition to using labeled indexes(LIs).Results:The LIs of PCNA in the two groups of P53 positive or negative expressions were no significant difference( P >0.10),but the LIs of P53 and PCNA revealed positive linear correlation( r =0.6822, P <0.001￣0.002)。Conclusions:There is no obvious correlation between P53 expressions(positive or negative)and cell proliferation activity.The regulation to cell proliferative cycle exits yet non P53 dependent type ways,but there is significant correlation between the LIs of P53 and PCNA.
