摘　　要：目的：检测４ＨＰＲ对ＫＢ，ＳＣＢ－５ｅ肿瘤细胞的抑制作用。方法：运用ＳＲＢ实验法。结果；４ＨＰＲ对于ＫＢ细胞，作用４８，７２ｈ后抑制作用较为明显；对于ＳＣＢ－５ｅ细胞，作用７２ｈ后出现抑制作用。结论：４ＨＰＲ对ＫＢ，ＳＣＢ－５ｅ两种肿瘤细胞的生长均有抑制作用。其抑制程度与４ＨＰＲ的浓度，作用时间呈正相关。Objective To detect the inhibition of 4HPR on the growth of KB and SCB - 5e tumor cells. Method: SRB method. Results: The inhibition of 4HPR on KB cells bacame obvious 48 hours later and on SCB cells , 72 hours later. Conclnsion:4HPR can inhibit the growth of KB and SCR - 5e tumor cells. The degree of inhibition is positively correlated to the concentration and the time of the action of 4HPR.
