肝复肽治疗慢性肝病的临床价值

摘　　要：目的：研究肝复肽对慢性肝病患者凝血酶原活性，血浆白蛋白及丙氨酸转移酶的影响。方法：采用治疗前后对比观察。结果：肝腹肽能升高各种慢性肝病的ＦⅡ：ＣＡ，ＡＬＢ，降低ＡＬＴ。结论：肝复肽是改善慢性肝病肝功能较理想的药物。Objective To study the effect of Ganfutai on FⅡ: CA, ALB, and ALT of the patients with chronic hepatic diseases. Method: Comparative obseration was performed before and after treatment. Results: Ganfutai caused the increase in FⅡ: CA and ALB and the decrease in ALT of the patients with various chronic hepatic diseases. Conclusion: Ganfutai is and ideal medicine to improve the hepatic functions of the patients with chronic hepatic diseases.
