胃仙治煎剂对大鼠幽门结扎型胃溃疡的作用

摘　　要：研究胃仙治煎剂搞大鼠胃溃疡作用及机制。方法：Ｐ在鼠分为四组：对照组，胃仙治高剂量组和胃仙治低剂量组，每只大鼠如上述每天灌胃二次，连续１５天，末次给药后禁食４８小时。应用幽门结扎法制造大鼠溃疡模型。１９小时后断头处死剖检，收集胃液分析。结果：给药各组的溃疡指数，胃液量，游离酸度，总酸度及胃蛋白酶活性均低于对照组。结论：实验结果表明胃仙治对幽门结扎性溃疡有明显抑制作用，并明显抑制胃液分泌。Objectivc To study the anti - gastric ulcer effect of Weixianzhi and its mechanism. Method: The rats were divided into four groups: control group (distilled water 2.0ml/time), famotidine (0. 018% 2. 0ml/time ), high dose of Weixianzhi (100% 2. 0ml/time ) and low dose of Weixianzhi (50% 2. 0ml/ time). Each of them lvas administered orally two times per day and 15 days in succession. After the last time, the tals were had 48 hours, gastric ulcer model of rats was made by using the ligation of pylorus. Then 19 hoare later, the rats' heads were cut out and dissection performed. The gastric juice was collected and analyzed. Results: In drug given groups the ulcer index, quantity of gastric juice, free acidity , total acidity and acitvity of pepsin of the rats were all lower than those of control group. Conclusion:The results suggest that Weixianzhi has a significant effect on gastric ulcer induced by the ligation of pylorus. It can inhibit secretion of gastric juice and reduces free acidity and total acidity of the stomach and the activity of pepsin. This indicates that Weixianzhi may produce anti gastric ulcer effects by inhibiting secretions of gastric juice.
