普通高校武术教师专业化发展现状及策略

摘　　要：采用文献资料、问卷调查等方法,通过对普通高校武术教师专业知识、专业能力和专业情意等方面进行调查。结果显示,专业知识方面,教师的裁判、器材、素质教育理论知识掌握情况不理想。专业能力方面,科研水平有待提高,教学方法和教学内容的选择上不能完全适应专业化发展要求。认为,建立普通高校武术教师社会保障机制、建立普通高校武术教师教育机制、提高普通高校武术教师的综合素质是加强普通高校武术教师专业化发展的策略。With literature studyand questionnaire, the college Wushu teacher＇s professional knowledge, capability and likeness for profession were investigated. It could be seen that some teachers did not have a good command of the theories of judging, apparatus and character education. Their ability of scientific researches should be promoted. Their choices of teaching content and methods could not meet the needs of the professional development. Therefore, the establishment of college Wushu teacher＇s social security system, college Wushu teacher＇s education system and the improvement of the teacher＇s individual quality were important.
