乳癌组织中C-erbB-2基因扩增与临床关系的研究

摘　　要：本文应用差别聚合酶链式反应检测了６３例乳癌患者新鲜手术标本的Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２基因。结果表明，共在１３例（２０６％）乳癌患者中检测出Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２基因扩增。在有淋巴结转移的乳癌患者中，Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２扩增的阳性率为２１６％（８／３７）；尚无淋巴结转移的患者中，阳性率为１９２％（５／２６）；两者无统计学差异（Ｐ＞０７５）。在５０例临床分期明确的病例中，Ⅲ期的Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２扩增阳性检出率为５／１７；Ⅳ期为１／４；高于Ⅱ期４／２７及Ⅰ期０／２，但无统计学差异（Ｐ＞０５０）。Differential PCR was used to detect the variance of C-erbB-2 gene copies in 63 fresh breast cancer tissues. Amplification of C-erbB-2 oncogene was found in 13 of 63 breast cancer(20.6%). The rate of amplification of C-erbB-2 gene in patients with positive lymph node metastasis was approximately equal to that in negative node patients. It was identified that amplification of C-erbB-2 gene existed in 5 of 17 on stage Ⅲ, 1 of 4 on stage Ⅳ, higher than that of stage Ⅱ (4/27) and stage Ⅰ(0/2), but the difference was not significant (P>0.50).
