摘　　要：肿瘤的过继免疫治疗中新近发展起来的CIK细胞治疗在近几年的恶性肿瘤治疗领域逐渐成为国内外关注的焦点。CIK细胞是一种免疫效应细胞,经多种细胞因子诱导后具有比LAK细胞更快的增殖速度,同时兼具T淋巴细胞强大的杀瘤活性和NK细胞的非MHC限制性。自上世纪80年代发现这种细胞起,人们对于CIK细胞生物学特征的认识一直在不断的更新,目前以CIK细胞为主治疗恶性肿瘤的技术已经在国内临床开展,并有望成为肿瘤综合治疗研究的新方向。The newly-developed cell treatment of CIK in AIT has been paid more and more attention to in recent years in tumor treatment field. CIK cell is a kind of immunological effector cell ,which is reported to have faster proliferation speed than LAK cell after transmuted by various kinds of cytokine. CIK cell is said to have powerful tumor-killing activity like T-lymphacyte and is non-MHC restricted. The knowledge of biographic features of CIK cell is being renewed since it was known in 1980＇ s. Now the technology of tumor treating focusing CIK cells has been developed in hospitals both at home and abroad,likely to be the orientation of general tumor treatment.
