摘　　要：珠江三角洲地区近年来城市灰霾污染加重的主要原因是区域经济活动量的激增。在该地区发达的市场经济背景下,相对于灰霾治理的技术对策,影响人们经济行为的经济对策具有更高的效率。这些经济对策主要包括:在灰霾治理中突出政府纠正市场失灵的责任;公共支出向灰霾治理的基础科研与应用项目倾斜;运用财政税收的激励调节机制;鼓励补贴使用低排放技术;探索排放权的市场化交易;开展区域性的协调治理。The actively growing regional economy has been key cause for the urban haze over the Pearl River Delta Area. In the context of developed market economy in this region, policies that influence people＇ s economic behaviors would be more effective than pure technological solutions. Potential solutions include emphasizing government＇ s responsibility to correct market adjustment, increasing R＆D expenditure on atmospheric haze, utilizing taxation system, promoting subsidiary for using low - discharge technology, exploring marketization of discharge quota, as well as coordinating regional atmospheric haze control.
