副猪嗜血杆菌的分离鉴定与药敏试验

摘　　要：对一例临床症状、病理剖检变化疑似副猪嗜血杆菌病的仔猪病料进行实验室诊断,进行了细菌培养特性和生化特性等鉴定,初步怀疑为副猪嗜血杆菌,根据副猪嗜血杆菌的16 S rRNA基因设计特异性引物进行PCR扩增鉴定,结果表明,分离菌为副猪嗜血杆菌。药敏试验显示,该分离菌对阿米卡星、头孢氨苄、新霉素高度敏感。A pig whose clinical symptomas looked like Haemophilus parasuis （Hps） infection was checked by lab technologies. The strain was suspected to be Hps according to its culture characteristics and biochemical assay. A pair of primers were designed according to the sequence of the 16S rRNA gene of Hps, then this strain was identified as Hps by PCR. Drug sensitivity test showed that Hps was sensitive to amikacin, cefalexin and neomgcin.
