摘　　要：采用粗定位—倾斜矫正—精确定位三步结合的方法实现车牌定位,克服了由于拍摄角度问题带来的倾斜车牌定位不精确的问题,减少了计算量,继而提高了车牌定位技术中后续的字符分割和识别的精确性。This paper realizes license plate localization using the method of primary location, slant correction, and precise location. This method improves the precision of license plate localization, which is caused by the shooting angle, and it also reduces the computational time, so it improves the precision of character division and the recognition of license plate location.
