数字化乳腺摄片与传统乳腺摄片影像质量对比分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨数字化乳腺摄影与传统乳腺摄影在实际工作应用中的特点,进一步提高乳腺摄影技术的质量。方法:随机选取数字化乳腺摄影400例(FFDM组18～76岁)与传统乳腺摄影400例(SFM组20～77岁)进行摄片,选其影像。结果:两组影像质量在乳腺腺体,胸大肌,乳头,皮肤等几个方面有较明显的差异,数字化摄片一级片率为94%,传统摄片一级片率为41.5%。结论:数字化摄片较传统摄片提高了影像质量,优化工作效率,能更好的为临床提供诊断资料。Objective ：To investigate the clinical application feature of digital mammography and traditional mammography in order to further improve technique quality of mammography.Methods：The imaging data of 400 patients （aged 18-76 years） examined by digital mammography and 400 patients （aged 20-77 years） examined by traditional mammography were divided into two groups and analyzed. Results：There was significant difference between the two groups in the image quality of breast,ectopeetoralis and nipple skin.The rate of grade-one film of digital mammography was 94% ,and 41.5% in traditional mammography.Conclusion：Digital mammography has more predominance than traditional mammography in improving image quality and work effficiency.It is able to provide more useful information for clinic.
