五维结构企业国际竞争力理论模型分析

摘　　要：本文创造性地构建了经济全球化背景下,五维结构企业国际竞争力理论模型,从信息民主化、技术民主化、资本民主化、人力资本民主化和决策民主化5个方面对企业国际竞争力的影响展开全面分析,并提出应通过实现企业信息化,进行技术创新和战略革新,积极应对人才国际化竞争以及实行民主决策等方式提升企业国际竞争力。Under the background of economic globalization, this paper constructs the five dimensions theory model of enterprise＇s International Competitiveness originally. Then, this paper gives a comprehensive analysis of impacts of information democratization, technology democratization, capital democratization, human capital democratization and policy democratization on enterprisers international competitiveness. Finally, this paper puts forward with the suggestions to improve Chinese enterprises＇ international competitiveness under the five dimensions theory model of international competitiveness of enterprise from firm aspect.
