摘　　要：目的分析鼻、鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的诊断、治疗结果及预后因素。方法1996年9月~2004年9月治疗该患者56例,均进行免疫组化检查,所有患者均经过放射治疗,其中33例配合联合化疗。结果3、5、10年生存率分别为51.2%、48.1%和42%。B症状、颈淋巴结侵犯及放疗剂量是影响生存率的重要因素。结论鼻、鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤,放射治疗是局部首选的治疗方法,影响预后的重要因素为B症状,颈淋巴结侵犯及放疗剂量。Objective To study the diagnosis,treatment results and prognostic factors of nasal,nasal type NK/T cell lymphoma.Methods From september 1996 to september 2004,56 patients were initially diagnosed as nasal,nasal type NK/T cell lymphoma.All patients received radiotherapy,including 33 with alternating chemotherapy.Results The 3、5 and 10 year survival were 51.2%、48.1% and 42%,respectively.Survival was reduced in patients with B symptoms、neck lymph node involvement and low radiation dose.Conclusion Radiotherapy was the choice of treatment for nasal,nasal type NK/T cell lymphoma,B symptom,lymph node enlargement,radiation dose were related with prognosis.
