摘 要:采用非线性控制法,将模糊控制技术融入逆变式等离子切割电源的控制器中,对电源动态特性进行优化。利用SIMULINK仿真技术,在常值无扰稳态、非周期性负载扰动、周期性负载扰动三种情况下,针对稳态精度、鲁棒性、响应速度等控制指标,进行模糊与传统PI控制算法对比仿真实验。结果表明,模糊控制器使电源具备了良好的稳定鲁棒性,系统响应速度和谐波抑制能力都得到了明显改善。所搭建仿真模型准确、可靠,可以作为进一步研究等离子切割电源工作机理及算法优化的有效工具。The nonlinear control method was proposed to integrate fuzzy control technology into the controller of the inverted plasma cutting power, thereby optimizing dynamic properties of the power. The SIMULINK simulation technology was used. Focusing on steady-state precision, robustness, response speed and other control indexes, comparative simulation experiments between fuzzy and conventional PI control algorithms were made respectively under constant non-disturbance steady-state condition, a periodic load disturbance condition, and periodic load disturbance condition. The results show that the power with fuzzy controller has perfect steady robustness, and system response speed.and harmonic suppression ability are improved. The simulation model is accurate and reliable, and it can be an effective tool for further studying mechanism and algorithm optimization of the plasma cutting power.
