摘　　要：[目的]探讨汶川大地震对茂县土门乡村民偏头痛发作的影响。[方法]根据国际头痛协会2004年修订的偏头痛分类诊断标准制定调查表和防治知识宣传手册,采用面对面问卷调查的方式从土门乡的6个行政村中抽取3个村对10岁以上的所有人群进行调查。[结果]总计调查814人,偏头痛患者162例,患病率19.90%,其中男性患病率9.66%,女性患病率29.00%,男女患病之比为1︰3.38;Logistic多元回归分析发现偏头痛的发作与地震、过敏史和季节性3个独立危险因素有关,性别、文化程度、经济状况、居住海拔高度等对偏头痛的发作都有影响。[结论]偏头痛的发作与地震、过敏史、季节性有关,还受性别、文化程度等经济社会环境的影响。[ Objective] To investigate the influence of Wenchuan earthquake on migraine prevalence in Sichuan. [Methods] According to the migraine diagnostic criteria of international headache association, questionnaire was conducted by face-to-face investigation in Sichuan province. [ResultsJ Totally 814 were investigated, and the prevalence was 19.90%, the male and female prevalence were 9.66%, 29.00% respectively, Logistic regression indicated the prevalence of migraine correlated independently with earthquake, allergy history and seasons, and the other influence factors included gender, euhure, socioeconomies and resident altitude. [Conclusion ] The prealence of migraine correlates independently with earthquake, allergy history and seasons, and is influenced by gender, euhure, socioeconomics and resident altitude.
