鼻内镜下治疗鼻腔鼻窦非上皮性恶性肿瘤疗效分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨鼻内镜下治疗鼻腔鼻窦非上皮性恶性肿瘤的效果。[方法]回顾性分析15例鼻腔鼻窦非上皮性恶性肿瘤的临床资料,其中软骨肉瘤8例、恶性黑色素瘤4例、髓外浆细胞瘤3例,均在鼻内镜下切除肿瘤,术后给予直线加速器放疗。[结果]术后随访3.5年以上,11例局部无复发;2例软骨肉瘤,1例恶性黑色素瘤于术后1.4～1.6年局部复发,再次行鼻内镜手术;1例恶性黑色素瘤术后1.8年出现远处转移死亡。[结论]经过严格挑选的鼻腔鼻窦非上皮性恶性肿瘤,可在鼻内镜下完整切除,有良好的治疗效果,且损伤小、恢复快、面部无瘢痕,患者易接受。[Objective] To discuss the effect of nasal endoscopy to treat the non-epithelial malignant tumor m nasal cavity and nasal sinus. [ Methods] Retrospectively analyzed 15 clinical cases of the non-epithelial malignant tumor in nasal cavity and nasal sinus, including 8 chondrosarcoma cases. 4 malignant melanoma cases, 3 extramedullary plasalacytoma eases. All the 15 cases were cut in nasal endoscopy, and after the surgery, gave the patients the linear accelerator radiotherapy. [ Results] After follow-up above 3.5 years, 11 examples had no recrudescence. 2 chondrosarcoma cases, 1 malignant melanoma case had partial recrudescence .after 1.4-1.6 years, and took once more nasal endoscopy surgery. 1 malignant melanoma case had distant metastasis and died after 1.8 yeats. [Conclusion] The non-epithelial malignant tumors in nasal cavity and nasal sinus selected by strict standard can have a complete excision under the nasal endoscopy, with good result, slight damage, quick recovery and no scar and the patient can accept easily.
