摘　　要：根据并行测试资源需求及合成仪器在并行测试中的应用优势,提出了满足并行测试需求的多通道并行信号产生模块。该模块为并行测试系统提供丰富的激励资源通道,降低了由竞争和死锁现象引起的任务分解与调度的压力,为并行测试系统的搭建提供了很好的支持。In this paper, the module for generating multi-channels parallel signals is advanced, which meets the requirement of parallel test, according to resource needs of parallel test and advantages of synthetic instruments applied in parallel test. The module provides abundant stimulation resource channels for parallel test. At the same time, it decompresses resolution of test tasks and task scheduling arising from competition and deadlock, and offers sufficient sustainment to parallel test.
