摘　　要：自白任意性规则要在刑事司法实践中发挥实效,离不开保障它得以实现的程序机制。在比较法的视角下,这种程序保障机制包括讯问规制规则和权利保障规则,对二者的深入研究有利于中国刑事诉讼制度的发展和完善。The voluntary confession rule exerts the actual effect in the practice of criminal justice, which cannot be separated from the procedural mechanism of the safeguarding voluntary confession. From the perspective of the comparative law, it includes the interrogative regulation rule and the fight protection rule. The further study on both is conducive to develop and improve the criminal procedure system in China.
