摘　　要：实践教学在高等服装教育具有相当重要的作用。分析我国服装设计与工程专业实践教学在应试教育培养中存在的问题,指出专业学科特点及教学目标,构建"链式逐层递进式"实践教学内容体系,提出了"8+11"二层次实践教学模式,阐述实践教学管理、质量保证及教学条件体系,使学生能够尽快地学以致用,胜任其工作岗位。通过服装设计与工程专业实践教学内容体系的研究与实践,来满足社会对服装相关方面的人才需求。The practice of teaching plays a rather important role in higher costume designing education. By making an assay of training problems on practice of teaching examination-oriented education of the garment design and engineering, the research have pointed out the characteristics of professional disciplines and teaching objectives, built the practice of teaching content system which is the step by step progressive chain, and the ＂8 ＋ 11＂ two-level practice teaching mode. The research have also expatiated the practice of teaching management, quality assurance and teaching conditions for the system to enable the graduates to adequate to their jobs as soon as possible. In order to meet the demands of social clothing talents, the clothing design and engineering practice of teaching system has been built.
