摘 要:简述了酸岩反应实验方法,讨论了酸岩反应动力学参数的表达式。动力学测定采用旋转岩盘法,岩盘直径2.54 cm,使用塔河油田灰岩岩心(碳酸钙含量大于98%)和加有铁离子稳定剂、缓蚀剂、助排剂的油外相乳化盐酸,实验温度90℃,实验压力8 MPa。实验过程中盐酸浓度(H+浓度)由Ca2+、Mg2+浓度测定值求出。取岩盘转数为500 r/m in,测定4个初始酸浓度(和4个反应时间)下的酸岩反应速率,反应速率的对数与初始酸浓度的对数之间有良好的线性关系,由此求得乳化酸与灰岩之间的反应级数m为1.3269,反应速率常数为7.6595×10-7(mol/L)-m.(mol/cm2.s)。乳化酸与灰岩间的反应速率仅为文献报道的胶凝酸1/2-1/3,普通酸的1/5-1/8。取初始酸浓度分别为5.674、4.475、3.813 mol/L,反应时间180 s,改变岩盘转数(300-1000 r/m in),视乳化酸为幂律流体,求得实验乳化酸与灰岩之间的有效传质系数分别为2.314×10-8、8.363×10-9、2.978×10-9cm2/s,仅为文献报道的胶凝酸的1/10-1/30。The experimental methods of acid/rock reactions were presented briefly and the expressions for parameters of acid/rock reaction kinetics were discussed.In this kinetic study by using rotating disc technique with rock disc diameter 2.54 cm at temperature 90℃ and pressure 8 MPa,a carbonatestone core of 〉98% CaCO3 taken from Tahe,Xinjiang,and an emulsified acidizing fluid composed of hydrochloric acid,ferroferrous stabilizer,corrosion inhibitor,and cleanup additive(shortly emulsified acid)were used.The acid,or H+,concentration in the course of reaction was found from Ca2+ and Mg2+ concentration determinations.The acid/rock reaction rate,J,was determined at 4 initial acid concentrations,C,(and in 4 different reaction time) at disc rotation speed 500 r/min and a good linear relationship was consturcted between logJ and logC,from which it was found that the reaction order m=1.3269 and the reaction rate constant K=7.6595×10-7(mol/L)-m·(mol/cm2·s).The J values for emulsified acid with carbonatestone rock were 2—3 times less than that for gelled acid and 5—8 times less than that for acid in solution in comparison with literature data elsewhere published.With emulsified acid of initial concentration 5.674,4.475,and 3.813 mol/L in reaction time 180 sec at disc rotation speed varying in range 300—1000 r/min,the effective mass transfer coefficient for H+,De,was determined in considering the emulsified acid as power law fluid,being of 2.314×10-8,8.363×10-9,and 2.978×10-9,respectively,which were 10—30 times less than that published elsewhere for gelled acid.
